This is a frozen product.

Pen cai is eaten during Chinese New Year as the dish is filled with layers of premium seafood and meat. Does not come with any pot.

Ingredients: braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cooked prawns, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy, fried yam, fried lotus root, cabbage, braised trotters, pork belly, mid joint wings, abalone gravy. 

This bundle kit includes

  • Packet A: Abalone Gravy 
  • Packet B: Vegetable Pack (including fried yam, fried lotus root, cabbage)
  • Packet C: Meat Pack (including braised trotters, pork belly, mid joint wings)
  • Packet D: Seafood Pack (including braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cooked prawns, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy)

 

Instructions:

1. Defrost all packaged ingredients. 
2. Pour Packet A into a pot and bring to boil. 
3. Add in Packet B and C. Stir well and bring to boil. 
4. Add in Packet D and switch to low heat. Stir occasionally. Once boiled, serve and enjoy!
