Pen cai is eaten during Chinese New Year as the dish is filled with layers of premium seafood and meat. Does not come with any pot.

Ingredients: braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cooked prawns, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy, fried yam, fried lotus root, cabbage, braised trotters, pork belly, mid joint wings, abalone gravy. 

STEAM 
Defrost then steam for 30-40 minutes. Ready to serve.

BOIL USING GAS STOVE 
Defrost then boil over small to medium fire heat for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

BOIL USING INDUCTION / CERAMIC HOB
