Pen cai is eaten during Chinese New Year as the dish is filled with layers of premium seafood and meat.
Comes with FREE pot and heat conduction plate!
Ingredients: braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cooked prawns, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy, fried yam, fried lotus root, cabbage, braised trotters, crispy pork belly, mid joint wings, abalone sauce.
This bundle kit includes
- Packet A: Abalone Gravy
- Packet B: Vegetable Pack (including fried yam, fried lotus root, cabbage)
- Packet C: Seafood Pack (including braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, cooked prawns, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy, braised trotters, pork belly, mid joint wings)
1. Defrost Packet A and B and pour into pot and heat up.
2. Partially defrost Packet C and add into pot.
3. Once the broth starts to boil, simmer for another 10 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked.
Note: Stir occasionally with spoon during reheating.
