This is a frozen product.
Pen cai is eaten during Chinese New Year as the dish is filled with layers of premium seafood and meat.
Ingredients: braised abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, scallops, mushrooms, dried oysters, fatt choy, fried yam, lotus root, prawn ball, cabbage, braised trotters, crispy pork belly, mid joint wings, abalone sauce.
Defrost then steam for 30-40 minutes. Ready to serve.
BOIL USING GAS STOVE
Defrost then boil over small to medium fire heat for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
