DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Where do you ship to?
    • Currently, we ship to Singapore only.
  • How much is the delivery fee?
    • Deliver is free for orders $100 and above. For orders before $100, a flat fee of $12 applies. Self collection is available in Yishun

  • When will my order be delivered? 
    • We have a lead time of about 3 days. Please select the preferred delivery date. Limited quantities are available for each delivery date. While stock lasts. 
    • Unfortunately, our deliveries cannot be made at a specified time.

  • What time will I receive the soup on the delivery date?
    • We endeavor to deliver between 2pm - 6pm.
    • Please take note that timings for deliveries are scheduled by our logistics partner and thus, we are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time.
    • In some instances where there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there is a possibility of a delay. 

  • What happens if there is no one around during delivery?
    • Please ensure that someone is around to receive the soup during delivery date, 2pm-6pm.
    • If there is no one around, we will call you and put the frozen soup into an insulated cooler envelope and place it outside your house. Once someone returns, keep it in the freezer immediately. Refrigerated perishables will stay fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery.
    •  We are not liable for missing items or any changes in quality during the time your items are left out.

  • Can you deliver to multiple locations?
    • Each order is processed individually and for delivery to 1 location. Please separate your orders should you want delivery to multiple locations.

  • Can I change the delivery date after I have placed the order?
    • We do NOT accept any changes after an order has been placed.
