Cooking for one can be a real challenge, hence we're here to help.

We have created a frozen set of Truffle Wanton Mee for one pax, you can choose to cook it dry or soup. The springy noodles are served with tender char siew and wanton (made from our Truffle Foie Gras shrimp paste), and doused with a good serving of truffle oil and other seasonings.

The pack includes:

  • One pack of Hong Kong style noodles 
  • One pack of soup (you can choose to cook it dry or soup)
  • One pack of char siew 
  • One pack of vegetables 
  • One pack of wanton 
  • One pack of chilli sauce 
  • One pack of oyster sauce 
  • One pack of truffle oil 

Instructions (DRY WANTON MEE): 

  1. Heat up char siew and vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes. 
  2. Cook the wanton in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Using the same boiling water, add in noodles and cook for 15 seconds. Rinse in cold water briefly and dunk in hot water for another 15 seconds before draining it. 
  4. Heat up the soup and add in 300ml of water. Bring it to boil. 
  5. Toss the noodles with chilli, oyster sauce and truffle oil together. Serve with char siew, wanton and vegetables. Enjoy! 

Instructions (WANTON MEE SOUP): 

  1. Heat up char siew and vegetables in boiling water for 5 minutes. 
  2. Cook the wanton in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 
  3. Using the same boiling water, add in noodles and cook for 15 seconds. Rinse in cold water briefly and dunk in hot water for another 15 seconds before draining it. 
  4. Heat up the soup and add in 300ml of water. Bring it to boil. 
  5. Assemble the noodles with char siew, wanton and vegetables. Pour in the soup and drizzle some truffle oil. You can serve chilli at the side. Enjoy! 

*Remember to add 300ml of water into the soup.
