SPANISH IBERICO SPARE RIBS WITH DONG BO SAUCE
Spanish iberico spare ribs with dong bo sauce is a famous dish created by Chef Cao Yong. Once you taste it, you’ll know why. Made using Chef's signature sauce, these spare ribs is intensely juicy and succulent. It is densely marbled with superior flavour.
Each pack comes with 3 spare ribs.
1. Defrost the spare ribs.
2. Pour it into a pot and simmer under low heat for 10 minutes. To ensure the pork ribs are cooked evenly, flip the spare ribs halfway during cooking.
3. To make corn starch, mix 10g cornflour with 40ml of water. Slowly add in and stir continuously to thicken the sauce.
