Sichuan poached fish is a very popular dish in Singapore. We combined our giant grouper fish broth with homemade preserved mustard to create a rich and savoury dish. Good for 3-4pax, the bundle includes:

• 1 x 250g Preserved Mustard
• 1 x 300g Fresh Giant Grouper Slices

*Recommended to add 600g of water or add a spoonful of preserved mustard to your desired taste
