Ingredients: Chili, Cooking Oil, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Yellow Bean Sauce, Black Soya Bean, Plum Sauce, Sugar 

Suggested Recipe: Steamed Fish with Chef's Sauce
Method: In a wok, add 2 tablespoons of water with 1 bottle of Chef's Traditional Recipe Sauce and bring it to a boil. Pour the sauce onto the steamed fish, sprinkle some spring onion and serve.
