Buddha Jumps Over The Wall (佛跳墙) is a pot of nutritious Chinese delicacies simmered long and slow until fall apart tender! 

This is definitely restaurant quality and this sticky-lipped golden soup is full of collagen! 

Ingredients: Sea Cucumber, Abalone, Fish Maw, Dried Scallop Shiitake Mushrooms, Golden Ham (we do NOT use shark's fins).

Instruction: Defrost and steam for 30 minutes.
