Simmered to perfection, our giant grouper fish broth is nutritious and big on flavours. This is the ideal choice for hotpot / steamboat soup base or for cooking other hearty dishes such as noodles. Each pack is 500g. No preservatives, MSG or artificial flavouring. No milk is used.

Ingredients: Giant Grouper, Pork Bones, Old Mother Hen, Dried Sole Fish, Ginger, Fish Sauce, Salt, Sugar

Directions: 
1) Defrost frozen giant grouper fish soup.
2) Pour content into empty pot and bring to boil. Add water as desired. 

Expiry: 6-12 months if frozen
